Empowering You to Build a healthy
Relationship with Food and Body Image
As a Registered Dietitian, I love helping individuals feel good about their food choices.
I want to help you optimize your nutrition so you feel amazing, all while developing a healthy relationship with the food you eat and your body.

Hi! I'm Rory Bray, RD (she/her)
Confused about what to eat? It is confusing! Tik Tok, Instagram, your friends and family will all tell you different things. I can help you navigate all the contradictions and confusion and get down to what WORKS FOR YOU. Stop learning from influencers and start learning from an EXPERT!
I was a professional dancer for over 10 years and have been teaching yoga, Pilates and group fitness for over 13 years. I became passionate about helping people heal their relationships with food after years of experiencing how restrictive thinking around food and body image can be so damaging to our bodies and mental wellbeing.
I am a weight inclusive, Health-At-Every-Size (HAES), anti-diet Registered Dietitian who specializes in helping clients develop a healthy and empowered relationship with food. I am registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and received my Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition from Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). I completed my Professional Master’s Diploma in Clinical Nutrition at St. Michael’s Hospital and TMU. I have been featured as a subject expert in Canadian Living magazine, am a part of the MedCan healthcare team, and you can find my private practice at Tonic Spa inside Sweat and Tonic.

My Philosophy
My approach to nutrition counselling is unique and respects the autonomy and individuality of my clients.
I’m an “anti diet” dietitian which means that I am not anti-weight loss, but I am opposed to “dieting”. I believe that all foods can fit in a healthy dietary pattern and that you can ditch the restrictive mindset around food while still working towards your nutrition related goals.
I practice from the “health at every size” or “HAES” paradigm. Weight loss is definitely not always synonymous with health and I firmly believe healthy bodies come in many different shapes and sizes.
